We specialize in advising advocacy-focused nonprofits that participate in voter engagement, lobbying, and direct democracy efforts. We help clients navigate the intersection of tax and campaign finance law, including advising on compliant collaboration across tax statuses.
Our clients include all sizes of 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, state and federal PACs, and candidate and ballot question committees. Most of our attorneys have worked for nonprofit organizations, including in leadership roles, and we use our depth of experience to help clients in all phases and facets of their work. Our goal is to manage compliance and legal issues so organizations can focus on their missions.
